We do not enforce these policies to be difficult. We enforce them because every appointment represents a braider's time, a prepared workspace, and another client who could have booked that slot. Your punctuality and communication are part of the experience we all ask our clients to bring to this shop.

Deposit Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking through our online system. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your visit. Any remaining balance will be paid after your service. Deposits are non-refundable because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

Cancellation & n0-show policy
We require 24 HOURS' NOTICE to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a new appointment within 30 days.
If you cancel with LESS THAN 24 HOURS' NOTICE, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook.
NO - SHOWS will lose their deposit and must PREPAY IN FULL for future appointments.
If your arrive MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE without notice, your appointment may be rescheduled and your deposit will be applied to your new booking
